My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms, while plain for the price, had huge balconies and nice jacuzzis, and I particularly enjoyed the Hammam bath. However, the allocation of an upgrade to another couple was a bit disappointing.

The personalized welcome notes and treats added a special touch. However, there were some maintenance issues reported by others, which slightly affected the experience. The dining staff were attentive and kept our water topped up without needing to ask, but the food menu was on the expensive side, following the hotel's exclusive guest experience strategy.
