Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, Langkawi

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms, while plain for the price, had huge balconies and nice jacuzzis, and I particularly enjoyed the Hammam bath. However, the allocation of an upgrade to another couple was a bit disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was a dream come true. The room was spacious, with a sea view and a private jacuzzi, just a short walk to the beach. It was incredibly quiet and private. The personalized welcome notes and treats added a special touch. However, there were some maintenance issues reported by others, which slightly affected the experience. The dining staff were attentive and kept our water topped up without needing to ask, but the food menu was on the expensive side, following the hotel's exclusive guest experience strategy.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The beachfront location was beyond expectations, offering a stunning view and a private feel. The personalized welcome notes and thoughtful gestures made us feel special. However, the room's decor was a bit old-fashioned, and dining prices were on the high side.
